Before you book
Three things people usually ask.
For big colour changes, yes, a quick 15-minute chat lets us check your hair's condition, do a strand test if needed, and give you an accurate price. Root tints and glosses you can usually just book straight in.
Life happens, just give us 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Repeated no-shows may need a deposit for future bookings.
Often, yes, colour corrections are one of Thabo's specialities. Send us a photo in daylight when you enquire and we'll tell you honestly what's possible and what it'll take.
